1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or using Logiq, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app. Logiq reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Logiq after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service Logiq is a personal development and brain-training app designed to provide cognitive exercises, performance tracking, personalized insights, Screen Time tools, and personal growth recommendations. Certain features may use artificial intelligence to personalize the experience.

Logiq's content, scores, exercises, and recommendations are intended for educational, entertainment, and self-improvement purposes only. Logiq is not a medical, psychological, diagnostic, or therapeutic service and does not provide medical advice.

3. Brain Training & Screen Time Features Logiq may allow users to select certain apps or categories of apps to limit through Apple's Screen Time technologies. Depending on the user's settings, access to selected apps may be restricted until designated Logiq activities or daily brain-training exercises are completed.

These features are optional and depend on permissions granted by the user and functionality provided by the user's device and operating system. Users are responsible for selecting which apps they choose to limit and for managing their Screen Time settings and permissions.

Logiq does not guarantee that Screen Time restrictions will operate without interruption. Device settings, operating system updates, permission changes, technical limitations, or other circumstances outside Logiq's control may affect these features.

4. User Responsibilities Users agree to use Logiq responsibly and lawfully. You agree not to misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, exploit, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.

Where information is requested, users are responsible for providing accurate information. Logiq is not responsible for results, recommendations, or experiences affected by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by a user.

5. Privacy & Data Your privacy is important to us. Logiq may collect information necessary to operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the app, including in-app performance data, account information, and optional profile information.

Screen Time-related features may require permissions provided through Apple's Screen Time frameworks. Logiq will only access information made available through the permissions and technologies provided by the operating system.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Additional information regarding how information is collected, used, and protected is described in Logiq's Privacy Policy.

6. AI-Generated Insights Some Logiq features may use artificial intelligence to generate personalized insights, explanations, recommendations, or challenges. AI-generated information may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a user's particular circumstances.

Users should use their own judgment when relying on AI-generated content. Logiq does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated information.

7. No Medical or Professional Advice Logiq's cognitive exercises, scores, assessments, Screen Time features, AI-generated insights, and other content are provided for educational, entertainment, and personal development purposes.

Logiq does not diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. Results within the app should not be interpreted as clinical measurements of intelligence, cognitive health, mental health, or any medical condition.

Always consult an appropriately qualified professional for medical, psychological, or other professional advice.

8. Limitations of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Logiq and its operators are not liable for losses, damages, or other consequences resulting from reliance on app content, scores, recommendations, AI-generated insights, Screen Time restrictions, or other features.

The app and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that all features will always be accurate, available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

9. Modifications to the Service Logiq may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or portions of the app at any time. This may include changes to brain-training exercises, AI features, Screen Time functionality, scoring systems, subscriptions, or other services.

10. Intellectual Property Logiq and its associated content, branding, designs, software, exercises, graphics, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Logiq content without authorization.

11. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by applicable state and federal laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the use of Logiq will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
